TECHNOLOGY PROPOSED

Energy efficient MGIRI up draught pottery kiln - more convenient and more useful to the potters for firing the pottery products .
AWA-type pottery kiln - saves 30-35% fuel.
AWA-type pottery kiln - further improvements like top may be covered and chimney may be fixed.
Development of up-draught pottery kiln for firing of multiple sizes of products.
Gas Fired Kiln - One cubic meter energy efficient gas fired kiln to be developed to avoid health hazard problems and to produce good quality products by pottery.
Low Gas Consumption - The gas consumption of present kiln is 2 nos. of domestic cylinders but it can be reduced up to 10 to 15 kgs gas for one batch of operation up to below 1000-degree centigrade temperature.
Low Costing machine - Low-cost machines leads to less costing production and un-breakable packaging technique for Red Clay products.
Recycling Machine - Development of a machine to recycle waste terracotta products to reuse it again.
